What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

At SONAL AGARWAL, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size only.

One of our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process within 48 working hrs. You can contact them by email at wearsarahcouture@gmail.com or by phone atc +91 98992 29866 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST). with the following information
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason of exchange

What is your return policy for online purchases?

We do not offer refunds. However, you can request an exchange in the following cases:

  1. Size Issue – If the item does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size.

  2. Damaged Product – If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Delivery Address

    • Reason for Exchange (For defective or incorrect products, attach images as proof)

  • The item must be unused, and all original labels should be intact.

  • Our team will assist you with the exchange process.

Important Notes:

  • Reverse delivery charges apply for return shipments.

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
